I tried an older version of this volt saddle on a bike I hired from Alpkit. I loved it so much I had to get one. I have just completed the Kernow Way with this saddle on a hardtail and it was comfortable at the right width for me. I could still slip off the back of the saddle without issue. Its now my go to saddle.

I am quite happy with the saddles I used on my outdoor road and gravel bikes (Sella Italia SLR Superflow and WTB Bolt). However, when I set those bike up on my indoor trainer for the winter, I don't find them anywhere near as comfortable as when I'm riding outside. When I'm outside, I'm out of the saddle and moving around much more than I am when I'm on a stationary bike indoors, and that's when I notice the discomfort of a small saddle.To remedy that, I bought this saddle and a new seatpost (just so I wouldn't have to remove and readjust my outdoor saddle), and put them on my bike for using with Zwift and a smart trainer. I couldn't be more pleased. Due to the nature on indoor training, I tend to be sitting more without moving, and this saddle really solved the discomfort issues. WTB knows how to make a great saddle, and this is a perfect one for people who either ride without biking shorts, or stay seated for long periods of time. It's padded in the right places, doesn't chafe like many padded saddles, and removes contact from places where it's not needed. As noted, WTB came up with a winner on this one. If I ever build a street cruiser for getting around town, I'm going to put this saddle on it.
