これまでPMXやキリシュバームを使ってきましたが、このテクニファィバーは謳い文句通りにボールが速くなったような気がします。リピします。

Tecnifibre 305 is a well known string that the top squash pros play with. I have used the 17 gauge before and the more expensive red 18 gauge X-One Biphase. The X-One had great feel and frayed in the impact zone, giving one an indication of wear and when it's ready to pop). However, in a being cheap moment, I went back for the less expensive 305 - 18.I asked my stringer (uses an electronic machine) to use 27 lbs, about 1 pound tighter than I usually do. I think I got a month out of the string. I'm not a power hitter but this was one of the rare times I popped a string. I think that the combo of 18 gauge and power can accelerate the string's life. But that's just my experience. Not learning my own lesson, I now use Ashaway Powernick 18 (red). It is stiffer but seems more durable. Yet, the touch/feel that I had with the 305 isn't as noticeable. That said, I may try the 305+ 17 gauge next time just to experiment.

This string is very good, very reactive, due to being 1.10mm the feel is incredible, ive tried it on 3 different racquets after changing from original string and all racquets have improve all round effectiveness, but it is true, it doen't last very long if you are playing everyday and hittin hard. If you want a string that lasts long, go for 1.20mm instead of 1.10, but be aware, the feel is not the same.
