Although it has a magnetic support, you can use the existing screws, and make more secure. I didn’t do it because for my porpoises I don’t needed.

This compute plate attaches firmly to the StudioLogicSL88. My only gripe would be the lack of a non-slip surface. I find that my computer will eventually begin to slip off the plate, under normal use.
