I was a bit upset when I first received this package because it was in a box that had already been opened and scotch taped back up. I’m guessing it might be someone else’s return. Also, this is for small children. My oldest son is 12 and this is too small for him and not enough for the strength he puts into his punches, but it’s working really well for my 7 year old. It comes with two sets of boxing gloves so I ended up purchasing a different bigger punching bag for my older son, but letting him have one of the glove sets in this box because the other set my older son got didn’t have any. There was nothing wrong with anything inside the the box. Also, I had planned to return this after I saw the box and customer service was amazing.
