I am on my third one of these bands now and they work well for me. Some people say these dont work at all and for some they do. It could be the placebo affect I don't know but I beleieve in them hence why I am on my third one now. The magnets apparently help with the balance of your body and they are worn by lots of sportmen. For me they seemed to stop mild lower back pain I was reguarly suffering from caused whilst training in Jujitsu. I wear them 24/7 and for Jujitsu too so they take a battering and eventually the hologram magnets folded over on my past two bracelets which gave me my indication to order my next one. There are lots of copies flying around the Internet so be wary where you buy. I have another mate who tried one of these as he has an aching knee and it did nothing for him but I also have another mate who also swears by them so just keep an open mind and try one.

Bello, non c'è nulla da dire se non che è come mi aspettavo.Un prodotto che consiglierei a tutti x migliorare l'equilibrio ed eventuali dolori forse dovuti al disequilibrio-postura.Usando il Power Balance mi è passato un dolore alla spalla che avevo cronico da mesi (dopo una errato movimento a karate).E' bastato tenerlo addosso e in meno di 24 ore il dolore era svanito.Non mi so spiegare come e cosa sia entrato in ballo, l'importante è che sia successo, una cosa che cmq non mi aspettavo affatto, è successo e basta. Da allora lo metto spesso, ma non ne sono schiava. Cioè quando lo tolgo il dolore alla spalla non ritorna.Stessa cosa avvenuta anche a mio padre. Il suo dolore cronico alla spalla si è ridotto dell'80% usandolo.
