Great case, these Nanuk cases are really a more modern version of the old school Pelican case everybody knows and loves. It seems to be an improvement in many ways, better pull up handle design, better wheels, better latches. The lid organizer is great quality. The padded divider is meh, not amazing quality, the velcro is pretty weak and the cloth material is a little flimsy, I'm not disappointed by it but if I can nit pick thats the one thing I'll nit pick about. One thing of note for Canadian buyers, this product ships from the USA and it took over a month for delivery. Not sure what thats about because Nanuk is a Canadian company and they proudly state that the cases are made in Canada. So bare that in mind that delivery will take forever, there were no import fees or duty though so, i dunno. A colleague of mine ordered one right from the Nanuk website and it shipped out of Quebec, so if you need one ASAP I'd recommend ordering directly.

This Nanuk 935 was my 5th Nanuk case purchase. I really like them over other brands including the Pelican 1510 which this 935 is replacing. Here's the disappointment, I ordered this 935 with the padded divider and the lid organizer; basically the fully optioned model of the 935, which I thought would look great in the silver color I chose. When it arrived, I was filled with excitement as I watched the Amazon Flex driver walk up to the door. Then, to my horror, she dropped it and another smaller package to the ground from waist height making a loud crashing sound that I heard from inside my house. After the instinctive wince at the crashing sound subsided, I tried to console myself by thinking that my Nanuk was double boxed and protected and I didn't need to worry. But I was wrong!I opened the door and brought in the two packages the Amazon driver threw down at my door step and proceeded to open them. To my horror, I opened the larger Amazon shipping carton (which was dented pretty good) to see a naked 935 case, as in NOT wrapped in a plastic bag inside a protective Nanuk box. It was flopping around inside that dented amazon carton with only some brown paper tossed alongside it for "protection". This was substandard packaging and in no way can be considered adequate.I Immediately realized that Amazon sent me a used or returned unit instead of the new case I paid for.Upon closer inspection, the outer plastic shell of the 935 case showed hairline fractures and stress marks, likely due to the "loving care" this case has gone through. The case also was missing the paper inserts that I was accustomed to seeing from my 4 previous Nanuk case purchases. And when I opened my "new" 935 case to look inside, I was greeted with a loose screw rolling around inside as well as a washer that probably goes with it.These were supposed to be tightened on the lid organizer to affix it to the top cover and so it wouldn't fall out, instead the organizer was flopping down and showed crease signs as if someone had previously tried to pull down the lid.WTH Amazon & Nanuk? Do you consider this good customer service to your prime members? I paid for a new unit, and these cases are not cheap, but what I received was reminiscent of the shoddy products people used to receive when they bought from 3rd rate electronics mail-order shops that advertised in the back of magazines.Nanuk should be be aware of the quality of products being sold to Amazon's customers. I bought this straight from Amazon, not some 3rd party seller, so that point is made clear here. But I also have to wonder about the hairline stress marks I mentioned above as well as the loose/missing parts that I also detailed above. This disappointing purchase experience has really made me rethink things and I'll have to decide what to do with this case.
