Esta UPS é extremamente barulhenta para uso de escritório. Estou a usa-la com uma carga de apenas 15 a 20% em ambiente com temperatura controlada (+- 21C), e neste momento a mais de 30 CM de qualquer outro obstáculo.Nas últimas horas a ventoinha trabalhou a maior parte do tempo.Contactei o serviço da Legrand no mês passado e responderam ao fim de alguns dias a recomendar que a afastasse de obstáculos (já o tinha feito). Entretando, desde o dia 28 de Fevereiro até hoje (14 de Março) não me deram qualquer resposta.Serviço lento e UPS de má qualidade ou com problemas.

No perdáis el tiempo si queréis equipos de calidad y duraderos. Tres unidades que han durado año y medio. No son las baterías, son problemas en placa. No han sufrido sobre tensiones, ni sobre cargas, ni nada. Han trabajado con con aire acondicionado 24x7, por lo que tampoco es problema de ventilación.Totalmente decepcionado con el fabricante.

Produit reçu conforme sauf qu'il n'y a pas 2 prises Schuko mais 4 IEC, ce qui implique la commande de cables adaptateur.

Lo pille por un buen precio, fácil de instalar y era justo lo que buscaba. Nada de ruido.

Mittlerweile die vierte defekte USV bekommen.Haben mit Legrand gesprochen, anscheinend sind diese USV zu lange im Lager und Akku wurde tiefentladen, somit ist die Batterie defekt.Es kommt sofort nach dem anschließen ein Fehler in der Software, siehe Bild.Laut Amazon gibt es nur die Lösung das Gerät wieder auszutauschen.Das ist aber nach dem vierten defekten Neugerät keine Lösung, deswegen werden wir bei Amazon keine USV mehr bestellen und da es keine kostengünstige Alternative auf dem Markt gibt, werden wir uns komplett von Legrand trennen.Schade, da diese USV eigentlich sehr gut ist.

Il gruppo di continuità è arrivato il 9 giugno con un imballo perfetto, recensisco il 30 luglio perchè l'ho provato.Sballato e messo a dimora l'ho caricato secondo le indicazioni dopodiché l'ho messo in opera.Esteticamente è piacevole, i comandi sono essenziali con acceso/spento, silenzioso, e luce led a colore cangiante a seconda dello stato al momento (verde alimentazione da rete giallo UPS in attività). Il comando per il funzionamento silenzioso annulla i beep di segnalazione.Non ho testato la durata delle batterie oltre i 5 minuti perché lo ritengo inutile, a mio avviso il gruppo "stand By" deve servire solo a salvare il lavoro e a spegnere correttamente il pc, ovvero a ultimare una stampa.Il gruppo che ho acquistato è il 2000 VA e tengo sotto gruppo solo PC, Schermo e Stampante, ma ha potenza sufficiente per alimentare ben altro. L'alimentatore del PC è un 800W Gold, il processore un i7 6 core con 32 gb di ram scheda video xfx e un buon numero di ventole e di HD sia meccanici sia SSD, lo schermo un 32 pollic full HD della Lenovo e la stampante una EPSON XP860 non lo uso per giocare (da qui la non necessità di testare la durata effettiva).il Gruppo non scalda molto direi che scalda poco rispettando i dettami di installazione sulle distanze.Il software a corredo non l'ho installato perché non ho capito quale devo utilizzare. È un punto che approfondirò presto, appena lo faccio integro la recensione.Devo dire che la qualità è ottima, utilizzo UPS sin dal 1992, il primo un PK Elektronics da 250 VA funziona ancora e ultimamente l'ho utilizzato per caricare la batteria della moto, quindi sono abituato alla qualità. Nel frattempo ho utilizzato molti UPS della TRUST che funzionano benissimo ma non hanno una durata coerente con le mie aspettative (ovviamente non parlo delle batterie che vanno sostituite ogni 2 anni circa - usatele di qualità), parlo dell'elettronica.Se dovessero emergere negatività aggiornerò la recensione.Saluti.

The only negative with the UPS itself is the cooling fan on the 2000VA and 1500VA models, it's quite loud and whiny because it's small. I might replace it with a less whiny Noctua fan as it only requires you to remove the top cover so it's very easy.I would be very happy with it... 𝗕𝗨𝗧, the Legrand UPS software is absolutely useless, I mean completely broken, terrible, doesn't work, pure garbage!The software forces any PCs to instantly shut down when the power goes off, so the UPS literally does nothing, it doesn't do the one thing it's designed to do! Some Google searching shows this issue is common, so the software is just broken. The even more annoying thing is that it would occasionally work fine as it's supposed to, so you start thinking it's OK now, then it will just turn off the next 5 times.Also, it has a loud alarm as many UPS do, however, the broken useless software only allows you to disable the alarm once it starts sounding and you have to relaunch the software to do this, it doesn't allow you to permanently disable it or disable until the next shutdown. So, if you have a snowstorm like we are having right now where your power is going off and on every 20 minutes, you 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 have a very loud alarm sounding every 10 seconds that gets more frequent with more beeps the longer it's in use, and best of all, it sounds the alarm even when the UPS is powered off and no devices are attached meaning you have to unplug it from the wall at night which is not good for the batteries.Now for the best part, I tried contacting Legrand customer service but received no reply after 2 weeks, so I contacted again... nothing, so I contacted every email I could find for Legrand customer service all over the world. I have sent 23 emails total to 16 different customer service email addresses or contact forms on their sites and I've received a total of... one (1) reply... 𝟭!! And that 1 reply was from Canada customer service who sadly couldn't help as they didn't know this device but gave me all the EU contact emails they had to try to help me.1 reply from 23 emails over 8 months, the worst customer service I've ever (not) experienced.Eventually, I worked out to just uninstall the Legrand software and never think about it again, allow Windows to handle the UPS, you also have more control and options with Windows.Go into power settings, then advanced power options, and configure how you want it then let Windows take care of it. Since doing this I've never had an issue, Windows does it perfectly.TL;DR/Conclusion:𝗨𝗣𝗦 = ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - works well, long battery life, looks stylish, but the fan is loud𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 = 💩x1000 - never ever install the Legrand software, just 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁! Let Windows control the UPS
