I think this is a serious bit of kit and is probably a little overkill for my garage storage usage but it makes my life easier and I should not need to worry about it falling apart.I am using this to secure together a lot of long pieces of wood that vary in size but have the same length.These two straps are easy to extend by pushing the locking red button down together with the leaver and then this allows you to extend the strap to whatever length that you need. Once you are happy and need to secure you return the leaver back to the upper position by pressing the red button down and lifting the leaver at the same time. You then can use the ratchet system to tighten up the slack.There is an automatic recoil of extended strap by pressing the red button and this makes it easier to tidy up to store.Supplied are two bolts that you can use to secure the ratchets down and they too feel substantial like the ratchets.Product feels strong and built to last.
