Un vrai gros plus une fois installés sur mes barres : la poignée est ferme mais souple en meme temps, très confortable.Avec mes grosses paluches la plupart des barres etaient trop petites pour une bonne préhension, là plus de soucis. J' ai eu une paire offertes via le club des testeurs Amazon mais je pense que je vais en racheter une deuxième paire.Par contre avec de petites mains j' ai un doute...Enfin super article !

Le Manopole del marchio BOOSTEADYsi adattano bene a diversi tipi di attrezzi da palestra.Nelle foto che ho postato potete vedere alcuni impieghi possibili, in cui si và a migliorare la presa e si riduce lo sforzo che deve esercitare la mano sull' impugnatura.Dove ho apprezzato di più le Manopole?Sicuramente applicate al bilanciere sulla panca: agevolano lo sforzo durante le ripetizioni e non fanno scivolare le mani sudate lungo il bilanciereUn' altra applicazione che mi è piaciuta e che ho trovato particolarmente utile, è quella sui maniglioni in legno che utilizzo per le flessioni, le Manopole anche in questo caso mi hanno dato un buon livello di confort durante lo sforzo.Per la barra di trazione, quella che ho fissato alla porta di camera invece, avrei preferito che le Manopole fossero state un po' più morbide, perché la loro impugnatura è piuttosto grande e in questo esercizio specifico non mi hanno dato alcun aiuto.Per quanto riguarda il materiale delle Manopole, devo dire che il Silicone utilizzato sembra proprio di buona qualità. Ovviamente è presto per dirlo, ma credo che le Manopole in questione avranno una lunga durata, anche se sottoposte a intensi e ripetuti esercizi giornalieri.

Ok, so these are meant to be for dumbbells, but they’re really quite versatile. They won’t fit round the handles of my current dumbbells as they’re reasonably thick anyway. The new ones I have my eye on will definitely benefit from them. In the meantime, I’m using these with my large resistance bands and for that they’re super useful. They’re quite nice to hold on to, not too hard. I’m glad I’ve had the opportunity to try these out

Love these! My pull up bar handles have no knurling and the diameter is way too small for my large hands. Doing pull ups was a problem as my hands would slip and the small diameter was causing elbow and wrist pain. So I invested in these and was not disappointed. The grips easily fit onto the small diameter and the rubber is really grippy. I can now get an very good hold on the pull up bar and can perform them much easier now. I thought I might have needed the larger ones but these are bigger than you realise and they are just right. They even fit my wider diameter Olympic barbell for deadlifts. Highly recommend!
