Me lo compré hace cuatro años y está como el primer día. Es cierto que al ser liso, no es lo mismo que el que tiene salientes y, a veces, lo hecho de menos. Pero si te lo estás pensando por calidad, no lo hagas porque no te va a fallar.

I bought this for my upper-back pain. I'm young, in my 30s and I regularly go to the gym and even though I followed the instructions this roller caused me a lot of pain and discomfort. At first I thought the pain was just my body getting used to regular massage, but after a week of use I concluded this roller is just too firm. The packaging says it will feel like a sports massage afterwards, I've had back and sports massages with a physio' before and this is way worse. I returned this roller, just too firm for me.

Rouleau très simple mais solide et léger. Je ne crains pas de l’abîmer. Assez large pour s'auto masser tous les membres inférieurs (même deux membres inférieurs simultanément).

I am an avid runner and this is the best foam roller I have used so far. (This is my 5th roller and I have tried several others) The blackroll standard is firmer than a firm TP. I love this light dense material. Highly recommended product!
