As good as any other scrum cap I’ve worn for rugby and a lot less expensive. Fully adjustable for a good fit.

Definitely very stiff scrum cap, but has a lot of padding. I have used for a few practices already and it's still not broken in. Your hearing is limited because of how padded the ears are. It's a great cap for beginners and practices. It's ideal for keeping kids safe during sporting events but not for collegiate level. They are build great, it will last but it's very stiff.
