My unit did come with directions but left out one very, very important part, how long to leave the device in the hot water. I tried what I had done to the best of my memory for a sport mouthpiece, 10 seconds. Well, that didn't work. Then I went to 30 seconds. That was better but I could have gone 40 or more for a better fit. By "better fit," I mean one that is tighter on my teeth and can close my lips. Yes, the unit IS large, but about the same size as the one I got via my doctor and dentist about five years ago for over 400 euros. That's right, 400! Having a cheaper alternative is reassuring. I use it as a backup, as my original isn't broken...yet. But when it does, I have something so I can safely sleep. Sleep apnea is incredibly dangerous so such devices are necessary. I don't want to go to a CPAP machine.

El molde es para una mordedura en especifico y al no ser flexible no se adapta a tu dentadura.

Very poor design. Not easy to use like others, have to mold it several times. Doesn't fit teeth well at all. Waste of money for me as not fit for purpose. Adjusting is difficult and stupid as hard to get it even. It's designed to push your lower jaw forward to keep airway clear but this is bad as can miss align your teeth. Can't comment further as didn't use it as intended. I definitely don't recommend this product.

Intenté por 3 noches, hice el processo de moldear una vez más, pero me ha dado mucho dolor y no puedo passar la noche con ello.Pero si que dentro de el tiempo que lo tuvo, no ha roncado.

es demasiado grueso, no se adapta bien, se desplaza demasiado hacia delante sin que impidiendo que vuelva a estar en posición natural. En cuanto lo probé y tuve 5 min, me dolía toda la mandíbula, no quiero imaginarme tenerlo toda la noche.

Normally I wouldn't give a 1 star review, but this device, even after moulding twice to my teeth, felt comfortable when awake, but a little bit large for my mouth. I decided to give it a try, fell asleep after some hours and woke up a few hours later through the night with severe teeth (all of them) and jaw pain,My teeth aren't in the best of condition, so please if you're thinking of this device, I'd warn against. While it did help with snoring, the only thing it made me do is arrange an appointment with an Orthodontist to have one professionally made that fits my mouth.You're better going to a specialist if you've issues with snoring is the lesson learned here.
