This book was a pleasant surprise with some wonderful songs that I have been looking for on my level. I would have liked the book level to be about 25% harder but that has not taken away from my enjoyment of the music. I am so glad I bought the book!

I have several Christmas piano books and this one is not usable to me. The music for many of the songs is so small it is too hard to read while trying to play. And many of the songs have no lyrics. Too much trouble to return so I will donate it somewhere.

It was not stipulated that some songs are for piano only. So not for sing-alongs. Some arrangements have weird harmonies, not true to the original. Some tunes have actual mistakes. Some alternative melodies have been chosen to old favourites. "The twelve days of Christmas" only has five days, the rest is missing. The words to "Auld Lang Syne" are in Dutch, and I assume then translated back into English, as they have nothing to do with the poem Robert Burns wrote, though he is credited at the top of the page. A travesty. It's bound so badly that notes disappear into the spine and it won't stay open on the stand. Do not buy.

My son gifted it to his friend who is learning to play the piano. He tells me that his friend was happy to receive the gift.

Es un libro muy compehensivo con todas las canciones conocidas de navidad, sin embargo yo discreparia con su descripcion de "facil a intermediario". Yo he tocado el piano durante muchos años y aunque es verdad que hacia mucho que no practicaba, muy pocas de las piezas so aptas si uno no tiene un nivel medio alto o alto. Me llevará mucho tiempo aprendermelas cuando lo que queria era tocarlas con amigos ezta navidad.
