Great quality, and for a much better price than Starrett. I like the storage case too.

They work perfectly. Only recommendation is to get a 14mm wrench for easier and slightly more convenient use.

I have a Starrett set and wanted a second set for a blacksmith project setup. Works great. This set is dimensionally identical to the Starrett version - parts are interchangeable. I haven’t really stressed the jack,, so I can’t speak to the metallurgy, but it’s a great deal for the garage workshop. Not made in US.

Surface finish on parts is good, plating looks decent, threads are smooth running. Can't ask for much more

Great fit and finish. Comes with each piece coated lightly with preservative oil and individually sealed in a plastic bag. The square that the handle goes through has two perpendicular holes, so you can move the handle from hole to hole and adjust the height even if you can only access it through a 90-degree arc -- perfect for underneath the corners of a piece of furniture or equipment with a solid flat bottom. The case is tough plastic with foam lining with cutouts that fit each piece nicely. It is a pleasure to use well-made (American-made) tools like these (instead of cheap imports with poor fit and finish and low-quality steel). The pieces add a lot of flexibility: 1" and 2" cylinders for a range of heights. The bevels and raised inner rings (including a mating indent in the base of the main piece, which you can't see in the picture) keeps them for sliding sideways. The piece at the lower left of the photo will fit in a saw kerf; the one at the lower right will hold a curved surface, such as a small cylinder, to keep it from rolling off.
