One of the eight items despatched was defective. The grub screw for tightening was found on receipt to have been factory inserted the wrong way in the housing and not capable of being righted. Accordingly this item was non-functioning. I was not able to identify how to return or to claim a refund in respect of the defective item.Product otherwise satisafctory. Some user instructions for optimum installation and tensioning would help.

Die Seilspanner sind gut gearbeitet, die Installation hat anstandslos funktioniert wie erwartet. Ein weiteres Set wird demnächst bestellt! Kaufempfehlung!
