Shiny, sharp and easy to screw in. Absolutely perfect for competitions, and they come with a small storage case. A small bit of advice for any aspiring athletes buying spikes though- do not leave it too long after use to replace the spikes in otherwise they become so blunt the key cannot grip onto the shape of the spike itself and the blunt one will become stuck there.
