World of Warcraft the Official Cookbook

Increíble la calidad del libro, tapa dura con relieve, ilustraciones y recetas, era un regalo y sin duda acerté de pleno, superó las expectativas con creces.Solo hay edición en inglés, eso puede ser un inconveniente para alguien que no controle bien el idioma.

I love World of Warcraft, so when I discovered a cookbook I just had to get it. Some great recipes, and the adaptations from Azeroth to Earth are incredibly delightful.

Recetas increíbles, con explicaciones, algo de lore y bien detalladas. Lástima que no exista la versión en castellano

Lo compré como regalo para mi novio y la verdad es que el libro no puede estar mejor cuidado, se nota el cariño, los detalles y la dedicación que se le ha puesto.Eso sí, para replicar las recetas ya no lo sé porque nunca hemos puesto en práctica ninguna de ellas, pero como libro de arte y coleccionismo: 10/10.

Adoro o livro. Está bem construído. Tem detalhe onde precisa e claro que adoro o universo que o inspira.Informo apenas de 2 coisas. 1) O livro veio com múltiplos danos que felizmente não o tornam inutilizável. Cheguei a um acordo com o vendedor.2) Todas as medidas usam o sistema americano. 1 Cup? Lá vou eu ter de ir ao Google ver isso.De resto é impecável.

O livro é sensacional e lindo de mais! É maior do que eu esperava e cheio de ilustrações maravilhosas.Em perfeito estado, as imagens são lindas e as instruções são bem claras!! Do produto não tenho do que reclamar.Agora da entrega hxjsbxjdn ele veio pela Total Express, e o que posso dizer... não dá pra confiar no rastreamento da empresa. O objeto ficou em rota de entrega por dois dias. Foram dois dias que tive que ficar em casa aguardando o livro e nada. Ele chegou no terceiro dia, e no site dizia que o objeto ainda não tinha saído para entrega naquele dia.De qualquer forma, a compra valeu a pena pelo produto em si que é maravilhoso!

Si os gusta la cocina y el wow sin duda es vuestro libro!Hay un montón de recetas ordenadas por categorías y arriba indica el tiempo de preparación, cocinado, nivel de dificultar, acompañamiento... Todo con fotos y explicaciones, vamos un lujazo.La edición es en tapa dura, tiene más de 200 páginas y muchísima calidad en la edición. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que está en inglés pero si os gusta nada que el traductor de Google no pueda solucionar.Las recetas muy buenas y super originales. Estoy deseando comprar el de Juego de Tronos de la misma escritora.Así que super recomendado para cualquier fan del wow, ya sea para uno mismo o para regalo. Queda de lujo en la estantería al lado de los juegos!Empezamos la expansión con una tarta de bayas sangrientas o unas raciones de Forjaz? ;)

Increíble. Era un regalo y ha quedado fascinado. Cuando me llegó me sorprendió gratamente la calidad del libro y su tamaño: es grande, de tapa dura y de colores vibrantes. Por dentro también es una pasada, las ilustraciones, el papel... Perfecto. Sólo nos queda poner en práctica las recetas pero tienen una pinta increíble.Dato: el libro está en inglés pero como son recetas no es nada complicado entenderlas.

Disclaimer:I haven't made all the recipes yet as there's about 95 if you include the spice mixes, but I have read the whole book.Recipes:I've been a fan of Warcraft for over 20 years, and even so I didn't expect much from this book - I got it mostly for the novelty. It is that. If you cook for yourself all the time, you will probably find a lot of the recipes very simple. For instance [Holiday Spices] is just a recipe to make your own mixed spice (koekkruiden), [Versicolor Treats] are dyed meringues, [Honeymint Tea] is literally mint green tea (from a bag, no less) and honey, and most of the bread is made from the same bread base with little else but shaping or maybe some butter, nuts, spice, or a dip. There is also a recipe for chicken fingers [Ogri'la Chicken Fingers] and bacon [Tracker Snacks] with little else added to them.This is not necessarily a bad thing for a novelty cookbook, just be aware that this is a very much a beginner's cookbook.That all said, I enjoyed every page and found myself grinning as I read it. The recipes are all based on either recipes from the game or food/ingredient items you can find in the game. You will find the famous [Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops], the tasty [Buttery Wheat Rolls], [Dragonbreath Chili] (it has beans btw), [Fel Eggs and Ham] (avocado and wasabi makes it green, and spicy!), and even some imitation mage conjured food.Everything I remember was from scratch and there was no cheating. They don't tell you to go and buy cake mix or pudding mix or something like that - I've seen that in other cookbooks and it drives me insane. It's easy cooking, but it's real cooking, and some of it is actually fairly healthy too.My one disappointment was I felt some of the recipes were lacking a sense of adventure, and better choices for ingredients (or the entire recipe) could have been made. Obviously most of us can't use real bats or spiders in our cooking, and no one can use chimaerok (they give a nice excuse on the page as to why we are using lamb), but for the one that's a goat soup? 'Cmon, goat is not that hard to get, even in North America. [Spiced Blossom Soup] was probably the most exotic that it got with the addition of chamomile flowers.I've read that there are some mistakes in the recipes, so I will be keeping a lookout for those. I have not personally encountered any problems.Everything else:The photography and illustrations are fantastic and there is one for every recipe. That is something I don't often see in cookbooks, and I consider it a courtesy to have a visual of what you're working towards. They have tried very hard to stay faithful to what the fantasy items are supposed to look like and I very much appreciate the attention to detail. They do by the way, include the icons for the items in the book, and the cooking skill level required to make them.The additional art is great and sometimes appropriately selected. When you first open the cover I hope you recognize who and where that is. Also look in the pages for the Jinyu who seems to disapprove of a certain fish recipe.I absolutely love the sense of humor, and the attempt to keep it all in character for the entire book. I wholeheartedly recommend this to any fan that likes to cook.Now go and make one hundred [Chocolate Cookies] and see if you can eat them all in 60 seconds, for real this time.

Desde que lo recibí no he parado de probar las recetas, y hasta ahora todo está buenísimo.Son fáciles de hacer, están muy bien escritas y detalladas. Totalmente recomendado a todos los amantes de la cocina.El único "inconveniente" es que está en inglés, y quizás a alguna gente le tirará atrás eso (aunque ya lo pone en la descripción...).

Ich koche sehr gern und habe früher WoW auch sehr gern gespielt - als ich nun dieses Kochbuch sah musste ich es sofort bestellen. Ich wusste nicht genau was mich erwartet, wurde aber nicht enttäuscht.Das Buch ist wirklich super aufgemacht. Großes Format, Hardcover, sehr gute Qualität der einzelnen Seiten.Am Anfang des Buches werden ein paar "basic" Rezepte beschrieben, die man für spätere Gerichte braucht (z.B. ein einfacher Teig oder Gewürzmischungen).Alle Rezepte haben genaue Mengenangaben in Amerikanischen Maßeinheiten. Wenn man aber einmal in ein Cup-Messbecher-Set investiert, sollte das auch für die hiesige Küche kein Problem darstellen.Bei fast redem Rezept ist eine Skizze aus den Warcraft Artbooks dabei, die das ganze noch aufwerten. Es macht einfach mehr her mit einer schönen Aufmachung ;)Die Umsetzung der verschiedenen Gerichte und Getränke aus dem Spiel ist jedenfalls gut gelungen. Die "Wild Rice Cakes" habe ich schon ausprobiert und sie sind wirklich lecker. Als nächstes möchte ich die "Stuffed Lushrooms" ausprobieren.Wer WoW mag, gern kocht und nicht vor Englisch zurückschreckt, sollte dieses Buch kaufen! Es ist eine Bereicherung einer jeden WoW Sammlung.
