These things have some tread on them and then some.I was really surprised tho at how expensive RC tires have gotten!! I have been out of the hobby for some time now and WOW, sticker shock. My kids got into the hobby a bit and the last time I used my RC truck I had some Anacondas installed for street driving. This time around we were backyard bashing.The tires FOR SURE offer more grip than what I had on before. So much so I was doing wheelies left and right. The Anacondas would allow me to drift on the grass but these things really dig in. Had to slow the throttle down a bit when cornering. The rims and tires have a nice fit and finish to them. It's just a shame they aren't more in line of say $20-$25 for a pair.

Great tires, however, I ordered 4 pairs of these tires with the black/chrome wheels. I recieved 3 pairs of black wheels and one pair of black/chrome wheels. Now I have to deal with the dreaded amazon return process.

If you like overpowering your RC cars these tires should be a perfect match! It took quite a bit to spin a tire off the rim but like all glued wheels this will happen. I put two rear tires on my rwd rustler for rotating purposes and I'm sure glad I did, these tires are wicked off road! Grass and dirt are preferred but the tire compound is hard enough for asphalt/concrete. Can't complain with wheelies on all terrain I've thrown at them. They do balloon on 3s 60+ mph but not as bad as alot of other options, the first 3 speed runs had very very mild ballooning. After some fun, cartwheels, and I'm guessing 20 or so top speed attempts (well over 60mph) I broke half a tire free from the rim, moved it to the front and got more out of them then I expected. Highly recommend them!
