Ich teste nun seit einigen Tagen das „TONOR POD1“ und bin recht angetan von seiner Qualität. Geliefert wird es in einem 42cm x 19cm x 12cm großen Karton, worin auf zwei Etagen alle Komponenten sicher in passend geformtem Schaumstoff untergebracht sind. Alle Teile sind bis hin zu den Kabeln von sehr guter mechanischer Qualität. Auch die Klangqualität läßt in meinen Augen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Mikrofon eignet sich daher für die unterschiedlichsten Einsatzbereiche wie Streaming, Podcasts, Gesangsaufnahmen aber auch für einfache Sprachanrufe bzw. Telefonate. Die Grundkonzeption sieht meines Erachtens einen Einsatz im Studio vor. Auch ist es durch seine Größe mehr für reine Ton-Arbeiten gedacht und eher nicht für Filmaufnahmen.Das wichtigste Kriterium bei einem Mikrofon ist natürlich der Klang – und hier liefert das Tonor POD1 erstaunlich gute Ergebnisse. Die Stimme wird klar und detailliert aufgenommen, ohne störende Nebengeräusche oder Verzerrungen. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Nierencharakteristik, welche Hintergrundgeräusche effektiv reduziert und dafür sorgt, dass die Stimme im Fokus bleibt. Selbst in einer Umgebung mit leichtem Raumhall oder Lüftergeräuschen vom PC, bleibt die Aufnahme sauber und angenehm klar.Die Installation des Tonor POD1 ist schnell und einfach erledigt. Es funktioniert direkt per XLR-Anschluss in Kombination mit einem Audio-Interface oder Mixer. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass das Mikrofon mit einem soliden Schwenkarm (der sich dank der stabilen Klemme problemlos an den meisten Schreibtischen und auch an Studioaufbauten befestigen läßt), einer verstellbaren Halterung und einem „Plopp“-Filter geliefert wird. Dadurch hat man direkt bei Lieferung ein komplettes Set mit allen erforderlichen Teilen und kann sofort loslegen.Fazit: Wer ein zuverlässiges, hochwertiges XLR-Mikrofon für Podcasts, Streaming oder zur Nachvertonung sucht, wird mit dem Tonor POD1 definitiv glücklich!
