Ótimo livro. Com partituras e tablatura atende desde iniciantes aos mais avançados, com boa variedade de músicas e estilos, além de ser um dos poucos songbooks exclusivos para baixo no mercado.

This is my favorite bass tab book and I wish they would make a second one like this. I can't find any other books like it. It's super comprehensive and has a really great variety of songs. I especially love that they included solo song arrangements with chords in them. Those songs have really helped me level up my playing. I highly recommend this book to new bass players and bass players looking for a great variety. The tabs are also super easy on the eyes and much more readable than some tab books. Bottom line: if you're thinking about it, get it!

As one reviewer points out, this book does have an American slant in terms of songs featured. However, it does include some pieces intended for the bass guitar as a solo instrument. These are mainly classical pieces with an emphasis on Bach. There are some simplified classic pop/rock songs such as Blowing in the Wind, and some rock classics. A good section to start and to have a bit of fun is the bass riff section. This part of the book includes the riff to "Badge", by Cream, "The Chain" by Fleetwood Mac (the old Top Gear theme), "NIB" by Black Sabbath, and "Summer Nights" from Grease. Lots of pieces to help you develop as a musician. However, one of the solo pieces featured is Portrait of Tracy" by Jaco Pastorius, which is best described as something to work towards; it's a tad complex.
