would not show up on my mac or my windows pc. also did not show up as a device for my ipad or phone. do not recommend buying*update* was given full refund for defective product. So 5 star customer service at the very least.

Como cliente VINE he tenido la oportunidad de poder probar este conjunto de teclado y ratón inalámbricos.Como resumen diré que el producto es espectacular, de hecho este texto lo estoy escrbiendo haciendo uso de este teclado.Vine muy correctamente presentado en una caja negra muy bonita, dentro de la cual nos encontramos una segunda caja en la que ya se encuentra:- El teclado- El ratón- Un cable de carga (sin cargador)- Un manual de instruccciones, con su correspondiente sección en castellanoComo cosas positivas puedo indicar:- Tanto el ratón como el teclado son muy bonitos y dan sensación de calidad- La conexión con el ordenador es superrápida y fácil- Me encanta que el teclado sea retroiluminado. Además, se pueden seleccionar tres niveles diferentes de retroiluminación mediante una tecla del propio teclado, muy sencillo. Además, si no tocas ninguna tecla durante dos minutos, la luz se apaga- Me gusta mucho que no funcione a pilas, sino que tanto el ratón como el teclado son recargables a través de un puerto USB tipo C- La textura de las teclas es muy agradable. Además, no suena excesivamente cuando pulsas las teclas, no es en absoluto ruidoso.- Tanto el teclado como el ratón pueden funcionar con tres ordenadores diferentes al mismo tiempo. Es decir, puedes tener tres ordenadores vinculados juntos, y mediante un selector en teclado y ratón indicarás con cuál de los tres quieres trabajar. Muy interesante para aquellos que deban escribir en varios dispositivos al mismo tiempo.- La ergonomía del ratón es buena, me resulta cómodo trabajar con él. Supongo que esto es ya un poco subjetivo y dependerá de cada cual, es mi caso muy bien- El ratón funciona muy bien sobre cualquier superficie, no necesita tener un papel o algo especial debajo para funcionar. Ahora mismo yo lo tengo sobre una mesa de madera sin nada más en medio y va como la sedaCosas que podrían ser mejores:- El teclado no puede reclinarse, es bastante plano y no tiene soportes inferiores móviles para cambiar la inclinación- Y nada más!En resumen, me gusta mucho este conjunto de teclado y ratón y creo que es francamente recomendable.Dejo algunas fotos.Saludos.

TL;DR - A bit on the pricier side, but the aesthetic are pleasing and initial setup is seamless.DISCLAIMER - This review sample was provided to me free of charge. The opinions expressed are solely my own with no input from either manufacturer or Amazon.Personally speaking, I really like chiclet keyboards. I like how low-profile they are, that they're silent, and having a full sized board with a keyboard isn't gargantuan. Low-profile mice though, not my cup of tea. But let's see how they hold up.The standout features of this keyboard and mouse combo are it's styling and it's seamless pairing with multiple devices. And on both fronts it delivers. It's as simple as turning it on each device, and connecting them via bluetooth. Switching between devices on the keyboard is as simple as pressing the dedicated bluetooth device keys at the top right and syncing. The mouse is just as simple and only requires a quick button press at the bottom of the mouse to similarly switch between devices.The backlight is rudimentary, but a nice bonus if you're into that. No RGB though, sorry.In terms of construction, they're plastic. And these aren't made of them fancy composite plastics, they are plasticky plastic. And while they do look better than they feel, I can't as easily turn a blind eye to the price.The major gripe I have for this combo, is the price. There's a lot of competition in this space and at nearly half the cost it's tough to make a compelling argument for this combo. But that's just me.If you love the aesthetic and know for a fact that you'll be using these peripherals across multiple devices then I think a value proposition can be made; however, if you intend on only ever using this mouse and keyboard combo with one device, then I can confidently say there are cheaper and arguably better made offerings out there *cought arteck cough*.Overall, it's not a bad product at all, and based on it's functionality and build it's a solid 4/5. I think it could be more price competitive, but it's not so off the mark that I couldn't recommend it.

Had to get rid of my old wireless keyboard and mouse because they finally conked out, unable to keep consistently connecting. This set is a great replacement.They are connected by Bluetooth, not dongle or anything, so if your computer is not Bluetooth enabled, you'll also need a Bluetooth dongle or something similar. Once you have Bluetooth enabled (or just open and pairing) setup is very easy and quick. And both the mouse and keyboard have three separate Bluetooth channels to connect to multiple devices.The keyboard is super slim in profile and sleek design, with chiclet-style keys and a full number pad. It's also backlit below the keys so you know when the keyboard is "awake" and when it's "asleep" by whether the light is on or not. It has very quiet clicks and sensitive but not overly sensitive responsiveness.The mouse is super slim also, with a notched scroll wheel and a dpi button as well as the two standard buttons. Clicks on the mouse are also super quiet. The scroll wheel is silent but you can feel a subtle notching when you scroll, which is interesting. The mouse is also very responsive.My only real complaint is with the mouse. Because the buttons are so sensitive, I find I often end up accidentally clicking the right button just through normal hand touches in normal usage. I don't know exactly why, as I've had a good number of different mice with different touch sensitivities over the years and this is the first that's ever consistently happened.The keyboard, meanwhile, works great with no issues I've so far found. One other small detail, though, is that because the keyboard and mouse go to sleep when not in use, you cannot use either of them to wake the computer from sleep, as they will only wake up when the computer is awake. So if your computer is in sleep mode, you need to press the power button (or whatever else works for your system) to wake the computer and in turn wake the keyboard and mouse. This is a mild inconvenience but easy to get used to. I think this is because it is a Bluetooth connection and not a USB dongle one.Overall, I do recommend this set if you like the low-profile look and feel and have Bluetooth capacity. The quality of the hardware is there, as is the aesthetic if that matters.

ProtoArc makes a lot of quality keyboards, and mice, and other accessories. They don’t always get everything right though. And that is the some of the same with this one. The main quirk for this keyboard is the labelling of the keys. They chose not to label the keys clearly, or they missed an opportunity there. For example, the Num Lock key is labelled Clear. Had I not guessed that it was the numlock (also no indicator light for it, like it does for the Caps lock), I would have been mashing the keypad thinking its not working. For an experienced keyboardist (if there is such a word), its not a big deal, as I usually go around pressing several keys to find the appropriate keys from experience. But if you were a new buyer, or a seldom buyer of keyboards, and were trying to use this on a Windows or Linux PC, you would not know that. Other keys that they chose to label this way, are the Prt Scr, the ScrlLock, and the Pause, which are labelled F13, F14, and F15 instead. These keys don’t work like they are supposed to in Windows or Linux. I can understand that they are trying to differentiate themselves, but not at the expense of making the keyboard more cryptic. Also there is no Fn-Lock, so you are forced to press the Fn key for every Function key press you want. The second main con that I noticed (maybe I have a bad batch), is that the keyboard does not come back well after going to sleep. I have other Protoarc keyboards, and they will wakeup after a keypress, and will type flawlessly, once awake. This one however, behaves differently from its brethren. It will remember the key presses that I made while it was asleep and then vomit them out, when it comes awake. So I never know what its going to type on the screen when it is waking up from sleep. And sometimes, if it doesn’t type some gibberish, it will double type letters after it wakes up for the first second or two, and then it works flawlessly. The mouse also requires three clicks for it to wake up. Again not the case with other ProtoArc products that I have used. Its not a distance thing either, as the BT dongle is inches away from the keyboard. Other than that this keyboard is a gem. The key feel is top notch, the materials are quality, and the backlight is a bonus with three settings for brightness. The keyboard has built in batteries, and lasts a long time. It also comes with a cloudy silicon cover, that makes it even more of a pleasure to use this keyboard. And I haven’t even mentioned the mouse yet.
