This universal clamp is of very poor quality. I've had it for 4 months. In the 4 months, I've ridden my bike and used it a total of less than 20 times. The vibration was horrendous even on the paved bike trails in Melbourne. Cheaper phone mounts I've owned vibrated less. I was considering the SP Connect antivibration module but the universal clamp has already broke after taking it off. The internal pins have come off and because of that, the clamp continues to rotate while riding which makes it unusable since you have to keep straightening the phone every few seconds otherwise it will keep rotating to the release position at which point the phone and clamp will fall off the bike.This issue has put me off SP Connect products. I've just seen another review where the same issue was reported. I won't be buying any more!

Habe mir einen neuen Radcomputer mit App und GPS-Funktion gekauft, darum brauche ich mein Handy am Rennrad. Wirklich gute und sichere Halterung fürs Fahrrad. Man merkt, dass es gute Qualität ist.Habe ein Galaxy Note 20 wofür es keine passende Hülle für die Halterung gibt, habe mir somit eine Universal-Halterung kaufen müssen.

I really liked the product and it’s clean appearance. Also versatility is great with the option to mount a GoPro.Unfortunately, during the first ride and a few releasing of the phone, the locking mechanism got stuck in a position unable to attach it again.Back at home, I tried to fix it with the little plastic tool it came with. But the tool is useless, it brought it even into the wrong direction. It now is in the locking position out of the holder with absolutely no chance of moving it back into its original position.Very frustrating for such a overly high priced product!!!!

４、５回脱着しただけで壊れました。取付部のカバーが剥がれて内部のピンが外れてしまいました。ピンはホルダーの回転を抑える部品だったようですが、これが失われたため、使用時にホルダーごとスマホが回転してしまい、使い物になりません。それなりの価格でしたので、非常に残念です。
