This is the best edition today of the transcription of Bach’s solo violin works for violists.Also highly recommended: Rowland-Jones’ edition of the solo cello suites for viola.

As a violist of 15months, I didn't like the lack of any fingering for shifting or borrowed fingers. Advanced players probably don't need this. So rating 3/5 from this perspective.
