Works well and after dog gets used to sounds it works well. Video is also very clear. Worth its money.

The camera quality is fine and the microphone works well. The problem is that after a couple days it stops shooting out the treats. I bought this to reward my dog when I'm not home and if the treats are just going to stay in the shoot, it's not worth it. Even tried going to smaller treats and it still won't shoot.

Purchased the product in November 2021, died in June 2022. We put the product on the shelf which dogs were definitely not able to reach it. We used the product less than ten times as most of the time we worked from home. But it died in half year. So disappointed. How long is the guarantee for the product? Where can we get it fixed? Any chance for refund?

I just set up my doggie cam. I am very happy with the picture quality. I don't leave it on all the time. Would be nice of it had a camera lens cover. I just unplug it when Im home. It is a little bulky, but over-all very functional and does what I want it to do. I work long shifts and it is nice to be able to give my little dog a snack in the middle of the day or evening if I have to work late or go somewhere after work. The device has an adjustable motion sensor as well. So I have a little piece of mind knowing that if some one enters my house, I will have a notification & a real good image captured & sent to my phone. And it is fun to sometimes take a peak and see what my dog is doing. Usually just sleeping in one of her few favorite spots. (I can see 3 of her resting areas with the camera. The camera has a nice wide angle lens. Takes picture and live video. If I can't see her on screen I use the microphone to call her over before I send the treats to her. The unit was easy to set up. Not a lot of directions. Pretty simple. I is a little noisy when it pops out the treats. I have it shooting out about 3 kibbles at a time. It is adjustable. You just have to play with that a little to get it how you like it. You can customize a recording that plays when you send a treat. I hit the record button and paused for a 2 seconds so mine pops a treat and says " good girl Madison, enjoy your snack". She loves it. My son's dog is weary of it and goes to leave the room when he hears it. But returns right away after the treats land. He is figuring it out. I have mine on my kitchen bar counter top facing into the family room. I think this gadget will come in very handy.
