Received the tripod, no issues. Was not totally satisfied with it, matter of fact I wanted to upgrade to the next version up. So after having it out of the box for one day, I placed it back in the box and requested a return. It was returned. The cost of the tripod was $2,969.00. What the company, Sachtler, did was, charged me a restocking fee of $593.80. Bad, bad customer service. If I had known it was to be, I would have talked to them first and worked out another arrangement or sold it on Ebay. Not fair Sachtler and Amazon was helpful but unfortunately it did not result in the outcome I was hoping for. This negative review cost them more than the $593.80 it cost me and the ironic part is...they will never know just how much. Sachtler if you want to employ some good will, I'm wiling to delete or modify my review.

Arrived very quickly! Tripod has everything it is supposed to and his lovely! Stoked to use this with my Sony FX6. It was a lot of money to lay down but in my opinion well worth it (and a great deal for the item)! Did not think I would like the new Sachtler quick release system but after messing with it all day I actually LOVE it! 5 STARS!

Works as described. Very happy with my purchase and customer service was 5 stars. Big recommend. I use with my Dana Dolly and Ursa Mini pro Rig
