Omnigrid 2229 - Regla con doble ventosa
El agarre de regla Omnigrid es un accesorio de mano que cuenta con ventosas dobles para fijar a reglas o plantillas. Proporciona un agarre estable en tu regla y mantiene tus dedos lejos de la hoja de corte giratoria mientras estás cortando telas para acolchar, coser y proyectos de manualidades. El agarre de la regla es un complemento perfecto para tu kit de manualidades o costura.
El agarre de la regla funciona en reglas o plantillas de superficie limpia y lisa. Se fija mejor en reglas o plantillas de al menos 5,7 cm de diámetro. Se fija en segundos y es fácil de usar.
Instrucciones:
Levanta ambas palancas negras para liberar las ventosas. Coloca la regla en el agarre contra la superficie. Presiona suavemente hacia abajo en el agarre mientras das la vuelta hacia abajo ambas palancas. Coloca la regla o plantillas para cortar, y presiona hacia abajo en el agarre para mantener la regla en su lugar. Para quitar el agarre de la regla, gira ambas palancas y desliza el dedo debajo de las ventosas para romper el sello.

I ordered this because I have a very heavy 20.5" quilting ruler and figured a handle would be just the thing to help me move it around. Well, the first one came damaged; one of the suction cups was bent. It was in a plastic bag inside a box, but it still happened. I told Amazon about it and they sent out a brand new one to me; they didn't even ask me to return the damaged one! I got the new one in just a day or two and it works GREAT. I see lots of people complaining that theirs was damaged; why didn't they just report it to Amazon? There is no reason to complain about damaged merchandise if you don't give the seller a chance to remedy the problem. There is also no reason to try to "fix" it yourself or put up with the problem. Just tell Amazon what the problem is, right away, and they will solve your problem. Finally, I am very happy with my new ruler handle. It holds on very strongly. I put it on my huge, heavy quilting ruler about a week ago, and it has not budged, through usage and storage. It is extremely helpful when measuring and cutting and just generally getting that heavy ruler to where I need it. I'll never do without one of these on large ruler handles again.

I use this suction handle a lot. It has very strong suction. Have not had it fall off my ruler while using. It is so much easier on my left hand being able to use this handle. When you want it off it comes off easily and also goes in easy.

This product is great and I bought it because I can no longer maintain the pressure on my fabric ruler. That said I recently decided to get another one to work with another large template I used. This time I bought a suction handle from a mobility shop ( the type of thing to help you get out of the bath?) very similar product, equally as effective - fraction of the cost.
