Compramos la grapadora para grapar una cantidad importante de hojas , el fabricante del producto nos anunciaba que la grapadora podía grapar grapara hasta 200 hojas, pero nuestra sorpresa ha sido importante al comprobar que no grapa ni 100.También hemos notado que las grapas se atascan a medida que vas grapando. En fin, una decepción.

Product as described. Don't be gentle, though, or the staples WILL get stuck and not go through the pile of papers. Some elbow grease required.

Je suis déçu en effet. D'abord cette agrafeuse est énorme. Elle est plus adaptée à un usage professionnel qu'à celui d'un particulier. Mais le pire c'est qu'elle s'est avérée défectueuse : impossible de la faire fonctionner malgré tous mes efforts. J'ai donc demandé le remboursement, mais contrairement à beaucoup d'autres vendeurs, celui-ci ne m'a pas envoyé de document pour le retour gratuit. J'ai donc dû régler le port, et, comme le vendeur se trouve en Grande Bretagne, cela m'a coûté 16,75 euros. Dur, pour un article de 31,73 euros!Bien entendu, je déconseille vivement ce fournisseur.

équipement solide, mais quand on agrafe les pages (j'en ai 180, ce qui est bien dans le nombre requis) les agrafes se tordent, ne vont pas jusqu'au bout et donc il faut passer un grand moment à les dégager avec une pince! Et ceci arrive une fois sur deux!! Ce n'est pas normal et je regrette de l'avoir acheter!

I purchased this from Amazon and a defect appeared where the piece of metal that drives the staples down catches on a metal lip and therefore stops the staple from being used; unless you force the handle down with quite some force - which causes the staple to buckle up on contact with the paper.So I ordered a replacement which was sent out without haste, but it appears that the actual product has a manufacture defect (unless I am just terribly unfortunate) where the plastic behind the metal that is supposed to prevent the above from happening is not serving its purpose.Overall I am quite disappointed with the product. I expected more from Rexel.

Large, not too heavy, well constructed machine that works surprisingly well. Not too much pressure required to get staples well and truly pressed through thick stacks of paper. My only gripe is that the sliding stop on the base is a little too easy to shift - no obvious way to adjust the tension that keep sit in place, hence the 4 stars.
