No es apta para construcción, si es para trabajos leves si, para mecánicos, pintores o bricolaje cosas asi esta bien, protege un poco de los golpes, para mi no me vale por ser pequeña o yo ser cabezudo.

As a tall person standing at 6'9", I have always struggled to find head protection that fits properly. However, I recently purchased the Portwest Short Peak Bump Cap, and it has been a great solution for me.This cap is incredibly comfortable and lightweight, making it easy to wear for long periods. It has saved me from many head injuries while re-roofing, where I kept hitting my head on the scaffolding.The only downside I experienced was that the cap tends to fall off if you don't have ear defenders, particularly when you bend over or lean forward. So, if you plan to use it for an extended period, I would suggest investing in ear defenders to keep it securely in place.In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Portwest Short Peak Bump Cap to anyone who requires comfortable and effective head protection. It has been a lifesaver for me on the site!
