Bought this as a birthday present for my partner. She loves it. It is a very nice pattern. We use it almost every day and it keeps the tea toasty.

Really nice tea cozy. Looks lovely and really does help keep the tea warm. Very glad I ordered it. Actually, I ordered two just in case I accidentally stain this one I'll have a replacement. I just wish I had bought this sooner.

Hält Kaffee/Tee sehr gut heiss.Meine Porzellankanne ist 20 cm hoch und 22 cm breit und passt gerade/perfekt drunter.Höher oder viel breiter sollte eine Kanne jedoch nicht sein, sonst passt es nicht ganz drunter.Nachtrag...... habe diesen Kannenwärmer nun ja schon etwas länger in Gebrauch und kann die 5 Sterne wirklich belassen!!!Wenn wir die Kanne mal verschieben dann tropft es auch mal aus der Kanne raus und verkleckert somit den Stoff von innen.Es sind immer nur ein paar Tröpfchen.... nach aussen dringt nichts durch den Stoff.Ich habe den Kannenwärmer nun einmal gewaschen ( 30 Grad im Schonwaschgang 500 Umdrehungen ) und er kam "normal" aus der WM raus..... etwas in Form gezogen, trocknen lassen und fertig.Eine Gebrauchsanweisung wie man diesen Wäscht war bei mir nicht dabei.... es steht auch nichts innen - die hatten es wohl vergessen bei mir mit einzunähen.Ich hatte es halt mal auf gut Glück gewaschen und "BEI MIR" war es so okay.

I read all the reviews for this, but I'm not impressed with the product. I recently got a pretty tea set that I use everyday. I was looking to get a warmer plate to keep the pot warm, but everyone was raving about using a tea cosy. Well, it kept my tea tepid after an hour. Color is bright and beautiful and it fits well over my 4-6 cup teapot. Really wanted it to work. Don't feel like going to the trouble to send it back. So now I still have to find something to keep my tea at an adequate temp for at least 2 hrs. Any suggestions?3/4/2014. I do so wish to revise my review of this item that I posted earlier today. I gave it a one star and stated I was not impressed.. It is really my bad, and I apologize. On reading the instruction (which I was about to dispose of), , I learned that the teapot will serve me best if if I pre-warm it before adding hot water to brew the tea. This will keep the tea hotter longer. I did not do this prior to using the tea cosy. So once I learned this I prewarmed my pot with hot tap water while I wait for my kettle to heat up the eater for the tea. I brewed my tea, covered it with the cozy and had some 10 mins later. Piping hot as expected. Then I waited an hour before getting my second cup. Still very hot, but not piping hot. Excellent. Two hours later I had my third cup. It was at a very pleasant temperature, not warm or hot. Excellent. Three hours later it was warm, not tepid. Very enjoyable without having to heat up in the microwave. I am thrilled! This is what I'd hoped for all along. I'm so glad that I initially thought it would be too much trouble to return it. Now I can enjoy my tea, and the pretty cozy to keep it warm for me. Please don't hesitate to buy it.
