This PicoScope is excellent for the money spent and user interface is very good. The memory is 16kS and bandwidth is 25Mhz. The input voltage range is +/-20V, but with attenuator 20:1 you may increase the input voltage range.

One of the problems with USB scopes is that the user interface usually lets them down. The user interface for this scope is very good as it is the same interface used for their high-end models. It is easy to use (for example you can drag the position of the trigger on the screen to any position in either the x or y axis - neat). It includes more features than you could imagine, and yet it is still easy to use. It includes the ability to save waveforms or a screen shot including saving the waveforms is csv format so you can process them in Excel etc. The waveform generator can produce different waveforms including an arbitrary one you can upload as a csv file. The input voltage range is +/-20V with a 1:1 probe, but it comes with switchable 1:1/10:1 probes. I bought this which is has 25MHz bandwidth, but there is a cheaper one with 10MHz bandwidth. I would buy a pico scope instead of a cheaper one because the extra you spend is well worth it.
