I find this expensive for the amount that you get but it is clean and has no bad smell. My hamster doesn’t really roll in it but uses it as a litter box for pee. This allows the cage to stay cleaner longer.

It’s great but too dusty. If you have a hamster who pees in their sandbath, the peed sand keeps its form until you shake it. Soiled sand then CAN follow through your scoop with the dry sand. (Until you have a mix of tiny tiny peed sand and normal sand - might just have been me though)With my smaller hamster who does not pee where he clean, it’s perfect.

La sabbia è perfetta per la mia cricetina dorata. Quando l'ho messa la prima volta è impazzita e ha iniziato a scavarci come non ha mai fatto con le altre sabbie, ci ha addirittura fatto il nido (che poi le ho spostato). Ho provato sia questa che quella della nightangel classica ma preferisco questa perché al mio criceto piace di più. Per quanto riguarda odori non percepisco differenze fra questa e l'altra ma questa si compatta molto bene quando è umida (come anche l'altra) quindi è semplicissima da pulire.

This Niteangel Hamster Desert Bath Sand | No-Dust Bath or Potty Litter Sand for Hamster Chinchillas is the proper good white sand, just like the beach sand. Not like the huge box of red sand I bought before that was so expensive, and yet garbage, The red sand made my whole hamster all red, every time he went on it. They gave me mostly all talc type powder sand in a box, with weighted large bits. This is just the way it should be. Sand grains to help clean the fur, not red powder like the red in the box. The smaller quantites are best, less powder (which is bad for them to breathe in, less heavy weighted particles. Just right!! Just because it is proper, no need to raise the price to the seller lol.
