Love it, looks great, nice and quiet grinding and makes coffee how you like it. Use beans or ground, it will taste great. We don’t take milk, so even though it comes with a frother you don’t have to connect it. It seems some machines put a large emphasis on its milk possibilities. Anyway, we are so pleased with this. Great value too. Water capacity is good and so easy to clean. It’s lovely not having to buy pods and fill our bin with them. All our used coffee goes on the compost.

La máquina a día de hoy funciona perfectamente, el proveedor electro wifi ante las dudas q tenía ha resultado bastante serio y el único pero q le puedo poner a la máquina es el alto consumo de agua, pero creo q este problema lo tienen todas las superautomáticas.

I drink a lot of coffee so an easy to use machine that makes great tasting coffee if essential. This machine does make really great coffee, both milk and non milk drinks are very nice and smooth. Initially I was a bit disappointed that it is not possible to change the function of the standard drinks buttons for instance I would prefer to have the Caffè crema button make an americano but that is not possible instead you have to drill down in to the menus every time you want to do that. However the machine makes great Caffè crema so I have switched to drinking that. I do also find the touch buttons a bit difficult at times again the great tasting coffee makes up for these few shortfalls. This machine is extremely easy to clean the various auto cleaning functions do a good job and cleaning that brewer unit and brewer unit area is very easy a lot better than some machines I have had in the past, no hiding difficult to reach old coffee grinds that part of the machine had been very well designed.

Máquina bonita, hace un café muy rico y espuma perfectamente la leche... hasta que deja de hacerlo. Como en todas las cafeteras súper-automáticas la limpieza es fundamental.Después de comprar líquidos, pastillas y filtros y de hacer el mantenimiento a rajatabla, dejó de espumar la leche. Hay tutoriales en Internet para resolverlo, porque es un problema frecuente, pero fue imposible.La tuve que mandar a arreglar a los 3 meses de uso y la respuesta del servicio técnico fue “irreparable”. Gracias a Amazon la he podido devolver y he comprado otra marca.

Très bonne machine, complète et bien pensée. J'apprécie particulièrement le double bac et la simplicité d'utilisation du récipient à lait, il n'y a pas de buse à rajouter, tout est déjà intégré. Très silencieuse par rapport à une DeLonghi et une Saeco que je possède également. On peut déplorer le niveau de finition un peu "cheap" et le panneau tactile qui n'est pas des plus réactif contrairement à la molette très pratique. Je la recommande sans problème

Al principio todo muy bien, veía una máquina completa y bastante intuitiva. La tenenos desde hace 3 semanas y estábamos encantados. Desde hace 2 días, la pantalla que tiene la máquina no funciona correctamente, se superponen y cambia de color, es imposible usar la máquina, no se entiende NADA.Tenemos que devolverla, me parece increíble por el precio que a las 3 semanas esté ya defectuosa, no la recomiendo, está claro

UPDATE: 24/12/20After being away for 4 weeks being repaired the machine was returned to me on 20/11/20. After only 34 days of use the milk unit has stopped frothing again today. Melitta offices obviously closed for Christmas. Amazon customer services have agreed to issue a refund if Melitta take no restorative action. Currently this machine is priced ay £675 on Amazon, an absolute waste of money!I purchased this machine in December 2019 as I work from home and drink 3-4 cups of coffee per day, so I thought I could justify the purchase price (£501 on offer).After just 9 months of use and having followed the cleaning prompts (of which there are numerous) the milk unit stopped frothing and the milk was only tepid rather than hot. The cleaning of these machines is easy enough but the Melitta products are expensive and you will go through a lot if you use the machine every day.I contacted Melitta by telephone to report the fault and was asked what I had tried to rectify the issue. After explaining that I had gone through a full clean on the entire machine I was asked to use the milk hose in a jug of milk rather than the supplied milk unit. I tried this and that didn't rectify the issue so I was then asked to email Melitta service with a copy of the receipt and a description of the fault(s) and what measures I had taken. I did that on Thursday 15/10/20 and received an automated reply informing me that the problem had been logged.Out of the blue on Monday 19/10/20 I received a phone call from a Rugby number and on answering I was asked if I had the original packaging. My response was "for what?" It transpires that this is a service company used by Melitta UK for all repairs and you have to send your machine away to them. I asked how long it would take and was told 15 working days. Not being happy to be without my coffee machine I called Melitta again and asked to speak to a customer service manager. I was called back within 20 minutes and spoke with a Melitta UK customer Service Manager who really wasn't interested at all. She accepts that I may be upset to be without my machine for up to 3 weeks but "covid" On telling her that if I had known Melitta would not service the machine at my home I wouldn't have purchased it she replied "well you should have done some research"So fellow Amazon customers I'm here to assist you with your research.If you want a machine that provides adequate results for 9 months after costing a small fortune to maintain and a small fortune to purchase, this is for you.If you want to be without a coffee machine for up to 3 weeks if it develops a fault that an engineer will be able to rectify in under an hour, this is for you.If you want to support a company whose idea of customer service is to tell you to suck it up regarding your downtime or don't get the machine repaired, this is for you.If you want a customer service manager to tell you to do some research, this is for you.If, on the other hand, you prefer a company that will address a service issue in a timely and professional manner I suggest you follow the advice of the Melitta Customer Service Manager and "do some research" about other brands as Melitta is definitely NOT for you!

une machine et trois possibilités deux bacs à grains plus possibilité de déposer une dose de café moulu (attention respecter ceci : pas plus d'une dose à chaque utilisation pour le café moulu) - donc trois possibilités de dégustation, par exemple bac 1 expresso italien, bac 2 café lungo pour le petit déjeuner, bac 3 (café moulu) une dose de café décaféiné. Possibilité de faire un expresso, un double expresso, un café "lungo", un café "capuccino" ou macchiato, un lait chaud bien moussant etc - très bonne machine à café je recommande ce produit. Una macchina e tre possibilità due bidoni di caffè in grani più possibilità di depositare una dose di caffè macinato (notare questo: non più di una dose per ogni utilizzo per caffè macinato) - quindi tre possibilità di degustazione, ad esempio bidone 1 espresso italiano , bidone 2 caffè lungo per colazione, trapola 3 (caffè macinato) una dose di caffè decaffeinato. Possibilità di preparare un espresso, un doppio espresso, un caffè "lungo", un "cappuccino" o macchiato, un latte schiumoso caldo ecc. - ottima macchina da caffè che consiglio questo prodotto

Realmente en el mes que llevo utilizando la máquina, no he tenido ningún problema. Es muy intuitiva, fácil de manejar y mantener. También es muy sencillo programar y configurar los cafés a tu gusto.Que tenga el depósito doble para poder poner dos granos diferentes es uno de los mayores pluses de esta máquina.Me costo decidirme por falta de reseñas, y la que única que que había era negativa.Por sacar algún pero, el manual de instrucciones no venía en castellano y en la traducción de la máquina, el rotado sale un café largo.Editado después de 4 años:Sigue funcionando sin haber tenido ni el más mínimo problema durante cuatro años!!Recomiendo la marca!
