I bought it to sieve my thicknhomemade greek yoghurt to get rid of the curds but its a bit too fine. Its great for draining hot rice though so still very pleased.

My wife and I are keen cooks, so when this Ruoth® Medium Fine Mesh Sieve came up for review, I jumped at the chance. On arrival, it comes in a plain plastic bag, and with a cardboard branded sleeve. You instantly notice that this is a little heavier than normal sieves of this size, but in a good way. It has a feel of quality design and manufacturing. With regards to use, it sieves flour etc. as you would expect. It also washes really well (we have put it through the dishwasher with no problems). I suspect it will be more durable than most sieves, but time will tell. At £11.99 (at the time of review), this is probably at the top end of the price range I would be willing to pay for this size sieve. However, I can definitely recommend this to you.

I like the fact this was slightly bigger than i expected which is always a bonus.This mesh sieve is very well made with fine holes making it handy to use to help decorate cakes, teas or using for flour. You can really tell how good this is compared to other brands as it doesn't leave any clumps when using.Overall highly recommended.
