Seems like good quality but unfortunately the right hand side is not identical in fit to the BMW original part, meaning a lot of manipulation needed to get the catch to work, which it did once and then wouldn’t re-engage again. Not for me!

Received the lock/actuator today, looks and feels good quality. If you have the correct screwdriver heads, it takes about 15 mins tops to strip the old one out and refit the new one, mine was fitted and up and running in about 10 mins, works great, no problems whatsoever. Can't really comment on longevity but looks as though it will last a good while... Fitted to a 2013 BMW 1 Series 125d M Sport.

Solved my problem of a faulty boot lock on a 2014 BMW 1 series.Fitted perfectly, plug correct ect.Lock appears to be of good quality,as good as any pattern part you would expect to find from an auto factors, and at a very reasonable price.Arrived quickly
