Wasnt sure what size to buy to replace the tent pole elastic which snapped- this was the wrong size for my coleman tent with quite big 1cm ish diameter poles but would probably be perfect for those smaller festival type tents or summer sum sheltersQuality seems good

My tent is a hooped one with four smaller corner poles. I replaced the screw-thread end-plugs supplied with simple plugs and elasticated shock cord so I could pack the tent down more easily, and to stop the plugs unscrewing themselves and getting lost.The cord arrived quickly. I used about 6ft of the cord and the rest fits in my tent repair kit. Feels like good quality cord, and slips easily into 8.5mm poles even when knotted. Good stretch to allow you to put the knots in and still maintain tension. Great stuff!

It's basically elasticated paracord. It has multiple uses and very useful to have around.

i'm using this to make a teaser toy for my puppy. It seems to do the job well.
