WOW...I have had two of these for a year+ and they have always been sensitive at times, and sometimes they just fall apart, literally, into 6-pieces. But I have always been able to realign the four rings with the red dots and then they are ok for 2- months, 3 months - then bam!THAT IS WHY I KEPT THEM ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT REALLY RELIABLEBecause I could fix them when needed and they are the only device I found to fit my needs.Last week one fell apart and I have not been able to realign it.TODAY...see photo...the one on my armoire will not open. I have tried and tried. So...I tried to take off the knob. NOPE The door hinges, NOPE...So I took the back off of my armoire in order to unscrew the knob which had eluded me. NOPEI cannot access the back of the screw from there.ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHIt worked great for a while but had glitches that I could fix...The typical --- It works great product...Until it does not.DO NOT BUY THESE...I know they work for situations that are hard to take care of. I am frustrated, tired, and a little bit angry.A refund would be nice but will not be enough to salve my aggravation and all the time I have spent working on them. OF COURSE...They NEVER refund due to a review as you know and there product apparently usually last beyond the AMAZON return date. SO CONVENIENT... Wouldn't be better to please the customer and sell more and more?

Si bien el candado está bien y es muy intuitivo cambiar la clave, las medidas que se dan en la descripción no se corresponden a la realidad. Lo quería para una puerta y aunque por las medidas tendría que haber quedado bastante holgado, ni siquiera entra. No es muy robusto, pero para el precio que tiene creo que la calidad es correcta.

Es muy pequeño, me esperaba otra cosa... aunque será fallo mio por fiarme de las fotos. De calidad se ve bastante bien, en mi caso lo he devuelto porque no trae instrucciones de como se configura.

Los candados han llegado puntualmente. Los acabados del sistema de combinación son bastante malos y se echan de menos unas instrucciones para modificar la combinación de fábrica, pero es cierto que cumplen su función y cualquier producto de similares características, triplica el precio de éste.

Le produit est en fait un grand cadenas, faire attention lors de l'achat, pas toujours adapté à un vélo adulte. Le service après vente est extrêmement sympathique et professionnel. Il a fait montre d'une grande compréhension. Merci à eux.
