Very good t o n a l difference though I wanted something that was lighter than this particular LED. Especially for sketching or hashing out my ideas just before I do small thumbnails to illustration. It's pretty good. But I noticed what other brands that I've used before in the past this particular tone of 2H or 6h between those two lead mediums are very much lighter than of course from this brand. And not to put a blotch on this particular brand.. at the same time it does perform very well o n different surfaces of paper. I just prefer a very light lead where I can see exactly what I'm doing just because it gives me a bit of a scratch and Dagger type of feel that digs into the paper just very so slightly. And also it does really good for my rendering purposes where's the other darker tones I can't achieve that same exact feel or control. Overall this is still a very good product.

Tired of sketch books smearing so decided to go with a lighter lead. Perfect leads for sketchbooks. Leads are strong, well packaged and exactly what I wanted.

Just what I ordered! They fit perfectly in my lead holder pencil. 6H graphite is my go to when it comes to drawing. It's a hard type of graphite, so it draws on light in color and it's easy to erase if ypu make a mistake. Only thing is that it's hard to get a really fine point to this graphite BECAUSE it's so hard. But that's not an issue, it sharpens to a good enough point for me to draw with! Another thing is that tjey last a long time. It comes with 12 sticks in the pack and since I've bought these, I've still only used 1 stick of graphite! BUT, I don't draw all fay every day either. I dare probably about 3-5 days a week and only used this to start my drawing and for really light shading. Definitely worth the money if you ask me!

I tried the 6H lead on a sheet of 140 lb watercolour paper with a medium-light pressure. The marks were easily to be seen. When I was done with them, they were easily erased without leaving any marks or dent on the paper. I am very happy with the lead and the speed of shipping by P_______h.
