Ich habe schon mehrere Sets gehäkelt und bin von diesem echt positiv überrascht.Erst die Gründe für den einen Stern Abzug: Die mitgelieferten Häkelnadeln haben einen Holzgriff, der ziemlich scharfe Kanten hat, sodass man sie vor Nutzung erst einmal abschleifen müsste. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Sets, gleiten die Nadeln aber gut durch die Wolle und besitzen überhaupt einen Griff 😊 Die mitgelieferten Sicherheitsaugen werden einfach nur reingesteckt, ohne Gegenstück, hier sollte man also auch selbst noch etwas nachbessern. Das war es eigentlich schon an Kritik.Die Anleitung ist natürlich komplett auf Englisch. Etwas Erfahrung mit englischen Anleitung sollte man haben, dann kommt man gut durch. Lediglich eine Angabe hat mich irritiert, konnte aber durch das recht ausführliche Begleitvideo geklärt werden. Die schriftliche Anleitung ist bebildert und es werden sogar Basisbegriffe erklärt und gezeigt. Als ambitionierter Beginner kann man sich sicher durchkämpfen, aber ich glaube, dass man da mit Videos in seiner Muttersprache, aus einer besseren Perspektive gedreht, schneller einsteigen kann.Für den Preis ist es wirklich ein tolles Set und macht Spaß. Ich empfehle es absolut weiter.

This is a really lovely kit … it comes in a cute box ( so great for gifting), and is complete with everything you’ll need to complete the project. There’s ample yarn- all pretty, mute colours, and the crochet hooks have wooden handles, so feel comfy to use. There is an instruction booklet included, plus also a link to video tutorials for this particular project. I’m an avid crafter - have been a knitter for about 30 years and have always wanted to try crocheting, so I was delighted to be able to trial this kit. And although I’d love to say I can now crochet, sadly it defeated me!… the video tutorials went just too fast, and although I kept going back to watch again, I just couldn’t work out the processes. Having said that, if I’d had a lot more time ( and a LOT more patience!) I might’ve mastered it, but for now I have admitted defeat - and aim to put this away for a future retirement project! In conclusion, if you have some basic crochet experience, I think this would be a great-value, lovely kit, however as a complete novice this just wasn’t for me :(
