Very nice syllabus. The first pieced are using C 5 finger scales, so, very convenient + pieces with classical articulations. You can find here pieces from ABRSM syllabus as well. The last piece is Fur Elise full version

PIANO TEACHER RECOMMENDED: Fantastic collection of original classical works for beginner to intermediate piano! I am a piano teacher and have recommended this for many students.DIFFICULTY/PACING: For beginner 2-hand (about year 1-2 depending on age/individual) through intermediate level. It’s organized in order of difficulty, making it easy to go through page by page. The difficulty pacing is good.FORMATTING: Nice clear formatting, easy to read, large size music for beginners, good note/staff spacing (unlike many other classical collections which are messy and difficult to read).ALL ORIGINALS, NO ARRANGEMENTS: These are all original classical works! I have no problem with arrangements (as long as they’re good), but of course there’s incredible value in learning original works. No one has to feel like they’re learning the “simple version” here — they’re learning the real thing.PIECES INCLUDED: It’s a nice combination of well-known standards and more obscure pieces. You can find a full Table of Contents on the product listing. The final piece is Fur Elise, which is a great motivator especially since many students never reach that level! Several of my current students are really excited to be able to play that when they finish this book.I highly recommend this collection for earlier level pianists who want to learn original classical works and prepare for more challenging pieces.

I'm an adult returning to piano after, what feels like about a hundred years, and I wanted a book of progressive music to work through. I've spend (translate that into wasted) far too much money on easy to play music books only to be disappointed at the lack of depth in the arrangements. My piano teacher and I are working through this book together (as well as learning other stuff) and although some of pieces in the first couple of books are quite easy, there are still techniques to be learned and developed. In fact, my teacher is also recommending this book to some of his other students so that probably speaks for itself.
