This review is for the Jekosa® JKS/55 [Waterproof] Heavy Duty Combination Padlock Outdoor - [Closed Shackle] - [No Key] 4 Digit Code Lock for Sheds, Gates, Lockers, Hasps£22.99 at the time of review.This is a pretty hefty price to pay for a padlock, so you can decide if it is worth it or not.It is heavy and looks to be really durable. It is waterproof and the numbers are easier to rotate if you press down on one as you turn it.There is a small screw on the bottom that you can turn with a 50P piece so you can change the code. The instructions on the box have four steps to doing this, but two of the steps are repeats; and the text is really small.Basically, to change the code you,1. pull out the shackle,2. rotate the small screw on bottom 90deg clockwise,3. turn the numbers to your new code,4. then turn the screw on the bottom anti-clockwise by 90deg back to the start position.Your new code is now set.This padlock looks and feels as if it will take a lot of punishment and looks to be really hard to break if someone tries to break in through it. It is heavy and just says “Don’t mess with me”. The biggest problem I have with it is its price, but I think it may well be justifiable so 5 stars from me and highly recommended. If you are worried about someone breaking into a shed, garage, etc., then I think this padlock will set your mind at ease.
