My first device, I didn't realize that I needed to use the REM terminal with the positive terminal. I'm not sure why there is a REM terminal, I guess it is so you can switch it off, but it would be nice to have some better instructions. The diagram does depict the REM terminal, but doesn't indicate it is necessary and must be tied to the positive terminal. Using a switch would be more obvious if the switch came with the product. This led me to replace it, thinking it was broken. I believe they have a rev 2 out and it has a power button instead of the REM terminal.Once I figured out the REM terminal bit, the 2nd one works fine. I do still have problems with a low battery fault when plugged into my RV, but not when plugged into my Jackery. This basically disconnects Starlink constantly to where it is unusable. I'm still trying to figure out why. My batteries are fully charged and the Yaosheng is getting 12-14v. That's not low battery.Yaosheng replied to my email and said there is a jumper I could change to bypass, but so far that hasn't worked. I was supposed to be move the jumper in the middle between the 12v and 24v settings. I don't have that as far as I can tell. The only jumper I have goes between two of three prongs and I have tried it on the left and right to the same result. What do those jumpers do when I switch? Your guess is as good as mine as even the actual instructions Yaosheng linked me doesn't say anything about them. I did mention that if they have instructions, they should probably include them with the product. There is a QRcode link that takes you to a webpage, but it's just the same diagrams that are depicted on Amazon. No actual instructions.Perhaps the rev 2 version will not produce the low battery fault and will work as expected. I can't say that I would recommend this product at this point. I changed to DC so I could plug into my RV, but I'm unable to. I could have stayed on 120v and plugged into my Jackery. I'm wishing I had just bought the step up converter and POE injector separately.

This thing rocks. For the 48v gen2 actuated dishy, it works perfect. Takes unregulated 12v/24v, and converts it to stable 48v in a small and well constructed package. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I use this for both the Starlink gen 2 and gen 3 dish. Power from 12VDC source, and use your own router. Make sure you have a good source and proper wire gauge for the load. It’s quite voltage sensitive due to the step up. 100% would buy again, and probably will.

damit ist es möglich, Starlink im Wohnmobil auch ohne 230V zu nutzen. Entsprechende Filmchen dazu gibt es auf bekannten Portalen. Zu empfehlen!
