I have had a Titan Door Opener for 7 years. My original purchase was fantastic and reliable. I ordered a new one after it stopped working. The new one came and I installed exactly the same. The issue was the door would only close every other time. In the 2 months this has been going on, I have contacted customer service and they constantly just ask new questions and require more photos. During that time I have lost 14 hens to raccoons including 2 Broodie ladies that were sitting on eggs. I am now in the middle of eliminating the raccoons because they have now figured out how to lift the door even if it is closed. Just bad all around. If the door works… you are good…. If it doesn’t … customer service is atrocious.

The timer is brilliant I have purchased two The only problem with both of them was that the batteries were corroded and leaking so had to be replaced before I could use them.
