A MUST HAVE, THIS IS THE BEST SET UP OUT THERE, I BOUGHT 4ft long CAGE , LID, FLOORING, HAY FEEDER , WATER BOTTLE ,TOP, THE BEST FOR A GUINEA PIG!! Buy the whole set up its worth it in long run, pigs are dirry, buy yourself a wet/ dry shop vac and and a outdoor carpet to fit bottom of cage to put on bottom of cage over the pad they sell, clean up is so easy!

It took a long time to assemble this as it didn't come with instructions only a QR code for the video.It looked good but the first time I tried to lift the lid I didn't notice that two of the hinges had turned round a bit and they immediately cracked the panels.I was quite horrified at the thought of having to dismantle and return the item after all the effort to build it and so emailed the seller to see if they could send me two replacement panels. They got back the next day and said to buy more panels and send them the order number and they'll refund me. Unfortunately all the DIY panel kits from their store are sold out.However, I came up with a quick fix and it's actually worked out much better than I could have hoped but unless you have lots of tools and are happy to whip up a fix I'd recommend you are extremely careful with this product.Some tips I revommend to help make this lid stronger:1) don't attach it to the nsin habitat using the brackets, just rest it on top of the habitat or use flexible and loose cable ties if you have to have it attached.2) stick strips of clear duct tape along the edges of the inner panels (inside and out) before screwing in the hinges, this will hopefully prevent cracking.

They don’t make bottoms for their cages which I find odd as not everyone has a 2x4 baseSo I bought the lid for this cage and used it for the bottom insteadIt’s not perfect but it works great and I can’t wait to adopt a piggieOtherwise I absolutely adore this cageI just couldn’t bring myself to return this cage it’s just that beautifulI will be buying more in the future thank you

We have only had this product two week and the has already broken twice. When you open the lid the hinges move so the lid cracks when you close it. It breaks before you even have a chance to realize what is happening. This is NOT user error but a design flaw. The lid was put together and used by adults. Now unless I buy a new cage I’m forced to buy a new lid that will just break again.

Not as good of quality as the resr of the cage. Breaks at the hinges easily. Poor instructions! Send written instructions already! The video isn't always easy to follow and then you have to keep rewatching it. Frustrating. Regret buying the cover!!
