I have been unable to use it - software not compatible with newer versions of windows 8 or 10. Too busy to contact Amazon to return scanner. I need a better one. Help.

Rollers heat up and get gummy....now it will not scan. It is the one of the only scanners we can use with our software system.

Purchased this for an employee to use as hers decided to call it quits. This is one of the few brands that is compatible with our software program. It has been a life saver! And you can’t beat the price. I will definately be purchasing some more for my department.
