Works fine. Make sure you leave the hose on off button to on when using itotherwise it can burst the metal tube inside the plastic coating of the lance.

Only one spray pattern, but it is a good one. Not as long as other lances, but that's OK in most situations. Top mounted on / off rocker switch is a joy to use, compared to the usual trigger lock mechanism found on the likes of Hozelock. Main worry is durability - most lance spray heads have a rubber surround, so they will survive a drop, but this one is hard plastic, so one drop onto a driveway and I would imagine it would be 'game over'. With that in mind, I cut a 2cm wide strip of rubber from an old inner tube and glued it round the circumference of the head. As a result, it has survived several accidental drops. Now I prefer this lance to the other more expensive ones I have.
