In my opinion I have just been sent an item that has been previously returned. The box looks like it has been taped up badly but in my opinion not at the factory. Inside the box the items are either badly packed or have been previously opened and then repackaged. And to cap it off the instructions are in Chinese (I think). As for the delivery I paid for next day delivery and while I got the item the next day the ever changing delivery time was frustrating. At one point the van was outside my house and the driver appeared to be looking for the package but then left without ever getting out the van. I eventually got the item that day but it feels like a day wasted. Anyway I am away to try and find some instructions on the internet that are written in English. Time will tell if the item is any good.

This very nice quality, robust, combination lock is not as difficult to install as it might appear at first glance.You will however, need a power drill or a brace & bit, some drill bits, a couple of screwdrivers, a junior hacksaw, a pair of pliers, and possibly a small wood chisel and a mallet. Please don't attempt to fit this lock if all you have is a penknife, a a sharpened 6" nail, and a half brick, because you will struggle.If that's the case, employ a joiner to fit it properly. (too many buyers give poor ratings for products like this, because they don't have the skills to install it themselves and finish up having to pay someone to do the job for them)It will fit a variety of door thicknesses from 60mm all the way down to 10 mm and and can even be used to secure a man-shed, or she-shed with an outward opening door. (the rebated and surface mounted keeps that come with this lock give you plenty of installation options and will fit most doors and door frames.I have fitted mine to my man-shed, that has an outward opening, brace and batten door, and it works great.No more fumbling around for padlock keys in the rain for me. This digital combination lock can be opened with one hand, which is very useful if you are carrying something heavy under your other arm. Just a few buttons to press and a quick twist of the handle, and you're in. To lock it and unlock it from the inside is even easier. Its just a thumb turn handle, that works all the time with no need to press any buttons. (that function may come in very handy if I ever set fire to my shed) lolThere has been quite a bit of heavy rain in my area recently, followed by some sharp frosts, and they have not affected the functionality of the lock at all, it is still easy to use and working perfectly, so I'mhappy to recommend.
