I've been after an armchair tray for ages. This one is a wee bit bulky but has the added advantage of being a box. It is well made and easy to put together - four legs are held together with an adjustable metal plate with strong velcro to hold the box. You get a screwdriver but unfortunately it only fits the large screw that secures the phone holder. You will need a smaller Philips to fit the legs.In practise, it works well. My armchair has odd curving arms that are quite short, and the cup holders are no good for my mug. Because the box tray is quite large, it doesn't work on the "arms". As the legs are adjustable I have managed to secure it in a better position (it sits over the cup holder) and this works really well. I don't think I'll risk a mug of tea on it, but it is very useful for "all my bits of rubbish" I never have space for. The phone holder is too slippery for my phone, but it could be adapted if necessary.For £21.99 (at the time of review), it's a functional piece but the screwdriver sizing let's it down slightly.

Easy to assemble. Fits the arm like a glove does not slide the compartment is a great idea. Phone bolder a bit narrow with a case.
