This replacement worked for my older Catalina Spa. While the pressure switch I replaced called for 0.5-5.0 psi, this pressure switch rated at 2.0 psi has worked for me. It appears that my spa runs a bit more often with this new switch, perhaps heating up the spa immediately when it drops below 103 degrees (as set) instead of waiting until the spa drops down a larger amount of temperature. When my next power bill comes, I’ll have a better idea of whether this change caused more power use. Besides being located in an inconvenient spot, replacing it was easy with a 1/2” open end wrench and some teflon tape.

This switch worked perfectly to replace my Balboa 30408 2psi 3amp pressure switch that was faulty and cause g a FLO error.
