I've searched so long for a solution for my setup.Which is a work laptop and a personal PC.I've searched everywhere to find something that has a docking function as well as can seemingly switch between that laptop and my own PC.This thing has solved my problem!Plug and play, literally plug and play.I would recommend this for anyone having the same problems I had especially with having to dock a laptop and share USB's which is a nightmare for a laptop cause you'll have USB and drivers interruptions. When you dock it and have to share USB's with the kvm switch itself.It's a bit expensive, but I promise you it solves your problems!For the people that don't have HDMI-Out in their graphics card (which is my case), you can buy a DP to HDMI cable, but make sure it's a good quality so you have all the functionality you need.And you're good to go since this switch takes x1 HDMI and x1 DP from the PC.

This dock works great and does exactly what it says it needs to do. It also looks very nice, quite a sleek design. The company also has a great customer service.One thing I ran into that is not described in the manual is that you need to connect the USB A - USB B cable with your windows pc in order for all the USB devices to work. The manual does not state this but I contacted customer service since my USB devices were not showing up and my problem was resolved in a couple of minutes. They responded very quickly and were very clear. I was helped by Kevin from their customer support

Ich arbeite relativ viel im Home-Office und dürfte bislang via VPN meinen Desktop-Rechner und Monitor benutzen. Jetzt ändern sich aber langsam die Richtlinien und es soll ausschließlich das Firmen-Notebook genutzt werden.Über einige KVM-Switches habe ich nichts Gutes gehört. Geräte werden nicht erkannt, funktionieren nur mit Verzögerung und weitere Probleme. Dieser KVM-Switch verrichtet nun seit etwa zwei Monaten bei mir seinen Dienst. Die Einrichtung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Es funktioniert alles wie gewünscht und ohne Murren. Es steht stabil auf dem Tisch, die Kabel ziehen ihn nicht herunter. Das Umschalten geht schnell und zuverlässig.Die Anschlüsse passen genau auf meine Bedürfnisse. Es gibt einen DisplayPort-Anschluss für den Desktop und für das Notebook stehen 60W Ladeleistung und Ethernet bereit.Die einzige Punkte, die vielleicht stören könnten: Der Switch hat keinen Ein/Aus-Schalter und wird im Betrieb relativ warm.

Ce que je cherchais depuis très longtemps.Ce switch me permet de swapper entre mon ordinateur personnel fixe et mon ordinateur du travail.Il permet de brancher 2 moniteurs (ma config étant un écran 1080p 144Hz & un 1080p 75Hz), mon clavier, souris et un port USB additionnel situé sur le clavier. Un simple bouton situé sur la boîtier permet de swapper entre les deux (il n'y a pas d'extension Jack pour le bouton comme sur les autres switch KVM, donc vous devrez le mettre sur votre bureau).Le cable USB-C sur le laptop permet de transporter toute la connectique, que ce soit les écrans, les appareils USB branchés (clavier, souris...), et même la charge ! Par contre attention, le Power Delivery est un petit peu faible pour des laptops plus gourmants, donc il sera préférable de tout de même utiliser son chargeur.Pour le moment tout va bien, l'installation s'est faite rapidement & très simplement. Je mettrai à jour l'avis si un problème survient !
