I have a cot with slats only on either side. Both ends are solid wood, therefore this product was ideal for me as I only needed two sides. The material is very soft and the mesh is breathable.I found it relatively easy to install, but always find the velcro on cot sides (having had a few variations) a bit fiddly to attach and make them stay firm. These cot sides performed well and prevented anything (dummies, blankets, soft toys) falling out of the crib. Ensuring we had peaceful nights sleep :)I would recommend these. Unless your cot is 4 sides of slats and you will need wraps to cover all four sides. In which case you may also prefer wraps that allow you to tie them to the slats at different intervals so you can secure the sides better.

We used the air wrap mesh well into the second year of two babies’ lives and were very satisfied. We used it to prevent the baby’s pacifiers from rolling off the cot. It was very effective for that purpose and therefore bought us all extra hours of sleep. Easy to attach to the sides of the cot, stays securely in place with the strong velcro, did not show any signs of wear and was very easy to wash and dried quickly. We stopped using once our child started wanting to climb out of his cot at 15 months and tried to use the mesh as a step.

We were having an issue with our 6 month old rolling over and getting her arm caught in the cot bars or sometimes a leg - knowing generally bumpers were me safe I decided to give this product a go ...... although the ends of our cot are bars I decided(seen as she doesn’t get trapped in those) to just get the wraps that go on the two sides. Easy to install and has resolved the issue. They are light weight and breathable and unlike some I’ve seen that tie in the Velcro ensures it’s well secures.

I wish I had discovered these alot sooner than I have. They are a far safer option than the stuffed bumpers, far easier to put on. No fiddly tyingJust velcro on.Someone says on here they need two people to put it on, I did this on my own, just secured one end stretched and secured other end.Tip, get them in white, so you dont have to look at a mismatched cot, this was one pet hate of mine. 2 bumpers that matched 2 sheet sets, however then I had to always buy those colours and found it restrictive, as I like it all yo match. These are white an neutral, you can have any bedding set you like. They are easier to wash dont take up all the space in the washing machine like tradional bumpers. Also once traditional bumpers have been washed they begin to loose their shape. Why someone hasnt come up with velcro fastenings before now I have no idea. I always worried about the tie ons in the back of my mind. Why would anyone want to put their baby in a cot with effectively string littered about. Then there is the safety aspect, no one uses as many bumpers anymore as recommended just the top end.If you have a child who sleeps all over the place its not very effective.Hands and feet stuck in slats. Urgh. These stop that.No its not padded, but I have no issue with my child bumping their head which is rare in a cot. Its not going to kill them, however suffocation does.I just wish I had found these at the beginning, simple idea that works and good quality.

this is a very good idea but I wish I could have bought it 2nd hand as it is quite expensive. Glad I bought it anyway, as my baby was getting his legs caught between the cot bars all the time, and that's stopped happening!
